Workshop with the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Mendel University in Brno hosted a joint workshop of experts from the Faculty of Agrisciences of MENDELU and representatives of the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The aim of the meeting was to bring together representatives of academia, practice and secondary schools.

Among the topics addressed were, for example, climate change and water security, drainage of agricultural soils, nature-friendly and technical reclamation measures, contour farming and strip crop rotation or the occurrence of organic pollutants in the waters of the Hranice Karst.
